Reflexology Is a complimentary holistic therapy that dates back to ancient Egypt. It’s mainly focused on the feet but the hands and ears can also be treated. Reflexology assists the mind and body to regain a balance and aids in self healing. Reflexologists follow a map of the whole body on the feet and use massage amongst other techniques to investigate the feet/body. Often finding tenderness, calcium and uric acid deposits amongst other signs of unbalance. The areas are then worked thoroughly to help the body detoxify that specific area. It is a deeply relaxing therapy and can help with so many things such as insomnia, depression, migraines , menopausal symptoms, pregnancy, and gut issues. You name it - we will help work your feet for some relief! Reflexology has some amazing benefits that rival your typical massage because we work your whole body, and all body systems. One of the main benefits is your parasympathetic nervous system is activated, as opposed to the sympathetic nervous system, where you feel anxiety and stress. When your body is working from the parasympathetic nervous system, your blood pressure lowers, and your heartbeat and breathing slows down. The parasympathetic nervous system is where you can experience deep relaxation and peace, so getting into this state is the foundation for your body being able to restore, balance, heal and detoxify. Reflexology can be accessed for those on their way to becoming a mum whether undergoing fertility treatments or any circumstances that you are on with TTC. We cannot help with fertility biologically but it can be a great time to give your mind and body a break and some nurturing while you could be experiencing one of life’s biggest stressors. All sessions include a consultation and foot bath.

Cancelation Policy

All treatments require a 50% deposit upon booking and the rest payable on the day by card, paypal or bank transfer. All courses and workshops are to be paid in full (unless a payment plan has been discussed). Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the treatment, course or workshop is cancelled by Motherhub LTD. Any changes to the timings or cancellations of treatments, courses and workshops will be posted on our social media - @welcometomothehub Motherhub LTD reserves the right to cancel or amend all treatments, courses and workshops for any reason deemed necessary, although we will try to only do this in the event of an exceptional circumstance where we would no longer be able to offer the treatment, course or workshop as advertised. In the event of any cancellations by Motherhub LTD, you will be notified as soon as possible, and an alternative offered (date/time/treatment/course/workshop) or provided with a full refund.
