A small group class ideal for mamas-to-be in their 2nd and 3rd trimesters. Sessions are the perfect mix of gentle movement, stretching and relaxation - focused on alleviating pregnancy symptoms and preparing the mind and body for birth. Our classes will help make your pregnancy more enjoyable and help to prepare you for the most amazing physical and emotional experience of a lifetime - giving birth! You will learn how to develop the awareness of the breath and how to use it during labour; how to be correctly aligned, thus reducing the lower back discomfort; how to cultivate a strong, yet gentle yoga practice that will help you recover more quickly after giving birth; and much more. In our classes we will cover: · Strengthening and relaxing of the pelvic floor · Breathing and visualisation techniques · Birthing positions and their importance · Pain relief for bad backs, pelvis, neck, swollen ankles, etc. · Various methods of pain relief during labour The session will finish with some beautiful hypnobirthing techniques to help you feel totally relaxed after class.

Cancelation Policy

All treatments require a 50% deposit upon booking and the rest payable on the day by card, paypal or bank transfer. All courses and workshops are to be paid in full (unless a payment plan has been discussed). Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the treatment, course or workshop is cancelled by Motherhub LTD. Any changes to the timings or cancellations of treatments, courses and workshops will be posted on our social media - @welcometomothehub Motherhub LTD reserves the right to cancel or amend all treatments, courses and workshops for any reason deemed necessary, although we will try to only do this in the event of an exceptional circumstance where we would no longer be able to offer the treatment, course or workshop as advertised. In the event of any cancellations by Motherhub LTD, you will be notified as soon as possible, and an alternative offered (date/time/treatment/course/workshop) or provided with a full refund.
